Jefferson Academy is recognized as an accredited location for Front Range Community College. Through this partnership and the “College Now” program, students have the opportunity to take more than 30 credits toward an Associate of Arts degree. These classes are offered on our campus either by Front Range Community College instructors who travel to our campus, or by our qualified high school instructors who teach college-level courses. Students receive high school and college credit for the courses taken.
For more information about Front Range Community College classes and academic programs, please contact Mrs. Mellott.

Jefferson Academy, GO JAGS!
Jefferson Academy works to keep enrollment at around 375 high school students and 230 junior high students so that we can get to know our students as individuals. We celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of the whole student. While academic achievement is our priority, many of our students are high achievers both inside and outside of the classroom, receiving recognition for their athletic and community service achievements. In 2016, we had 83 graduates receive over 3 million dollars in scholarships. Jefferson Academy competes in the CHSSA 3A Metro League. Several of our graduates have gone on to compete at the college level.
If you want to learn more about the academic & athletic programs, resources and classes we offer, please consider joining us for our Prospective Family Information Night in November 2017. This is an opportunity to speak with our Administration, Counselors and Teachers to learn more about what JA has to offer to both junior high and high school students, take a tour through our building, and have the opportunity to ask your questions. You will also receive information regarding our sports programs, and our various Clubs & Honor Societies.
Student Shadow days will be offered as a full day opportunity for interested students to learn about student life at JA. Students will spend the day at JA with a current student in their prospective grade completing classroom projects, interacting with other students and can be introduced to teachers, coaches and club sponsors. Please check back in November for the dates to register as each student who may be interested in attending our Student Shadow event MUST be registered.
Please check back in December to schedule a Campus Tour with our Administrators.
Should you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our Registrar, Jessica Jone, to answer any of your enrollment questions.
