National Bullying Prevention Month

October is National Bullying Prevention Month! Since 2006, PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center has been uniting communities across the nation to work toward the goal of ending bullying once and for all. Over the years, this grassroots effort has grown into a global campaign against negativity and has gained the support of people around the world, as well as global corporations like Disney, TLC, and Facebook.

In 2011, PACER created "Unity Day" with the call to action to "Make it orange, make it end, unite against bullying", and on October 25th supporters of the cause don orange clothing as a show of solidarity, spreading the message that our society believes no child should be bullied.
