Ruiling Guo is an Associate Professor with the Idaho State University Health Care Administration Program.
Dr. Guo has been working and teaching in academic and medical settings for many years. Her research
interests focus on comparative health systems, health care policy, evidence-based management in healthcare, population health, managerial epidemiology, evidence-based medicine/practice, health information system, and
Dr. Guo is a distinguished member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP), a member
of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Association of University Programs in Health
Administration, the American Public Health Association, the American Health Information Management
Association, and Health Information and Management Systems Society.
Ruiling (Raylene) received her doctoral degree in Health Administration (DHA) from Central Michigan University,
Master of Public Health (MPH) from Idaho State University, and Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Ruiling loves reading, traveling, physical exercises, learning
new things, and meeting with new and old friends.
