Erika Gallo is a postdoctoral associate with a Ph.D. in Hydrology from the University of Arizona. Erika joined the Lohse Lab in January 2011 after completion of her dissertation on spatial and temporal controls on runoff and hydrochemistry in semi-arid urban catchments. She worked with Dr. Paul Brooks (main advisor at UA) and Lohse (while at UA) on this project. She is now working on location in Tucson for the Stormwater Nitrogen in Arizona (SNAZ) project examining the impacts of urbanization on nitrogen cycling and gas and runoff losses in Tucson, Arizona.
Research interests: hydrology, biogeochemistry, urban, catchments, water quality, ecohydrology
