This week has brought about the end of the semester and finals for all. While we hope our current students are doing well on theirs we would like to congratulate those that have finished up this semester. Last week was our winter graduation ceremony and we were privileged to have four out of five of our students in attendance. Chef Brigid Callinan was on hand to introduce and congratulate them as they walked across the stage. Receiving their Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts were Jesse Bensen, (as a side note, this young man is so proud to have graduated that a week later he is still wearing his medallion as proof to everyone that he did it.) Antonio Dicataldo, Rachel Nelson, and Tyann Tew. Recieving her Technical Certificate in Culinary Arts was Rebecca Phelps. These five students have worked very hard to achieve the goals that they set for themselves. Some of them are continuing on towards a Bachelors Degree and some of them are taking what they having learned and starting out in their new careers. No matter what they choose though, we wish them the best of luck in their future.
