- You have to keep your body straight at all times.

- Keep your feet pointed and straight when you are kicking.

- Your head should face the bottom of the pool at all times unless you have to breath.

- When you are breathing, your mouth should be just out of the water and your head should be facing the side of the pool/the level of water, not the sky/roof.

2. You have to make your arm high and straight when you swim.

You have to have your wrist a little bit higher than your fingers and enter gently. Make your foot relax and that allows it to flex slightly while pointing the toes. Its will feel that it is tired when it is doing a down kick. You should make your toes point when it is the up kick so then you will get more power. Your ankle should flex slightly when it is going up words.  You should use a kickboard so then you can make your legs more stronger.

Try to make your body straight and not to make it move and only move your head when you have to breath.

net and wall games is were there is a net and you are trying to get  score when the person is not looking.
Here are some examples of net and wall games:
badminton
tennis 
table tennis
volleyball


This picture from our lobster ball game shows that we were keeping track of were the ball landed and see if there was a pattern. What we also did was we saw what we could have done to avoid the person on the other side from hitting the ball.
