FOCUS: Training for K - 12 Leaders of Student Support and their data and technology counterparts
This two-day collaborative retreat is designed specifically for K-12 leaders of student support and their data and technology counterparts to work towards defining and measuring the specific outcomes we hope to achieve, from individual student growth to systemic change.
Day 1 is for school-wide student support leaders. In this focused session, we will collaboratively map desired impact at every level – from making decisions at the individual student outcomes to broader system-wide improvements.
Day 2 welcomes the school's data and technology specialists, especially those who are attending the Data in Schools conference. Together, we'll contextualize the outcomes identified on Day 1 to participants’ unique school environment and develop concrete, actionable plans for establishing data collection and management structures that will allow participants to measure the impact of their inclusive practices.
ISLES is a group of leaders of student support who work together to advance higher quality student support within the international school system, and support one another as we strategically develop support programs in international schools around the world. ISLES was founded in 2020, and is a 100% volunteer-run, non-profit organization.
