Class of 2018

ALL PICTURES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL to BurnsvilleYearbook1718@gmail.com.

If you cannot submit your picture via email, please contact
Ms. Millea.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLICATION ARE:
-All images should be portrait orientation (no landscape or horizontal images).
-All images should have a minimum requirement of the following: 300DPI/width 2.25"/height 3"
-File format type JPEG or JPG, .tif
-Please NOTE: You CANNOT save as Power Point, Word, or Works.
-Do NOT take prints from your photographer and then scan them. The quality is usually poor. Ask your photographer to submit the electronic image directly.

BE SURE YOUR PICTURE MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLICATION OR IT WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.

Senior pictures should be appropriate and may not include or promote alcohol, drugs or weapons, promote a product or business, or include sexual connotations. While clothing does not have to conform to the BHS "Dress For Success" dress code, it must be proper for a school publication. If the student's dress or the contents of the photo would cause an administrator to be concerned, it is probably inappropriate for publication.

Photos may not be digitally manipulated except to correct for color, cropping, contrast, facial blemishes, etc. Photos may be color, black and white, sepia tone, or have color highlights.

Photos will include only the senior, not additional people.

Digital photos should be submitted in .jpg format and do not have to be reduced in picture size or file size. Any photo taken by a camera with at least 3 megapixels of capture size should work. Photos are published in portrait orientation, not landscape, so photos submitted in landscape format will be cropped.

Students may not submit samples of portraits from photo studios; they must own the right to use the portraits they submit. In other words, don't try to submit a low-resolution sample from a website or one with a large company watermark across it.

The yearbook staff encourages all seniors to have fun with senior pictures but make them school appropriate and take them seriously. These are the photos BHS students will be associated with for the rest of their lives.

Yearbook staff and advisers reserve the right to refuse publication of any photograph which does not meet the standards included here.

Senior pictures must be submitted via email no later than December 1, 2017
Your picture must be a vertical picture that is school appropriate.

Picture must be in jpeg form and be high quality dpi. (We suggest at least 225 dpi)
