About me:

I have taught within district 112 since 2002 when I was first hired as a special education teacher at Chaska High School.  After four years, I took a two year leave of absence to complete the coursework for my doctorate in Teaching and Learning from the University of North Dakota.  I returned to Chaska High School in the fall of 2008 as a special education teacher.  In 2010 I moved to Middle School West where I taught special education until the spring of 2015. In the fall of 2015, I was extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to transition into the role of an instructional coach at Bluff Creek Elementary.  BCE is truly a wonderful community of active, innovative, and welcoming individuals with a love for children and learning that is unquestionable! I cannot express fully how excited I am to return in the role of instructional coach for a second year with these remarkable educators.
