Pre-registration is not required this time only. You will have to register for entry, but may do so even after the scheduled start time.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
This is an informal gathering. So we've set up the meeting format rather than a webinar. The settings have 2 important differences:
You can register and join during the meeting. Usually for a webinar registration automatically ends at the start time.
The meeting requires authenticating to Zoom to connect.
