Come join AWS Security Assurance Services (SAS) for our presentation, “Compliance Made Clear in the Cloud; How AWS Supports Your Company’s PCI DSS Compliance Strategy,” where we will discuss how AWS is helping customers meet their Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) requirements using AWS services like AWS Config, AWS Key Management Service (KMS), and AWS CloudTrail to name a few. Additionally, we will briefly cover scoping “in the cloud”, concepts like “Shared Responsibility Model” and what AWS services are available to enable customers to meet the six domains found in PCI DSS v3.2.1. Kristine has dedicated her work over the last 14 years to Information Technology, including IT operations, security, and compliance. Prior to AWS, Kristine worked in Information Assurance with the US Government, which later led her to security and compliance within the Financial Services Industry. Today, as a Sr. Assurance Consultant with AWS Security Assurance Services (SAS), Kristine assists customers with migrating their sensitive workloads to the AWS cloud by helping them design cloud environments that also meet their compliance needs. Kristine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, and is a PCI DSS QSA, CISSP, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Michael Guzman

Michael has been in Information Technology for 20+ years, with an emphasis in the Financial Services sector. Michael has run operations teams supporting Windows domain, VMWare virtual services and Citrix application virtualization. Over the past 4 years, Michael has helped customers architect virtual and cloud based workloads to meet their various compliance requirements. Michael is a PCI DSS QSA, HITRUST CCSFP, CISSP and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
