Instructor/ Assistant Professor
The Department of Political Science at Cleveland State University invites applications for a tenure track position in International Relations to begin August 18, 2014. The successful candidate's minimum qualifications are A.B.D. in Political Science with appropriate progress on the dissertation in the field of International Relations. The successful candidate's preferred qualifications are Ph.D. in Political Science by July 1, 2014 with a specialization in International Relations other than the area of International Political Economy. Individuals with an interest or background in teaching causes of war and global governance are especially encouraged to apply. Primary teaching duties include introductory and advanced undergraduate courses and graduate courses in International Relations. The successful candidate may also teach other courses based upon his or her qualifications. Position is contingent upon maintaining existing levels of funding from the State of Ohio.
A.B.D. in Political Science with appropriate progress on the dissertation (A.B.D. will be appointed at the Instructor level).
The area of Political Science should be International Relations.
