Fall Season MY2012

Late, mail-in applications for the Fall Season of the 2012 Membership Year (MY2012) will be accepted until September 8, 2012. All player applicants are placed on a wait list and assigned to teams based on their postmark date and if the division has room.

Please contact the division commissioner (link to division commissioner) to find out the status of your child on the wait list. Division commissioners cannot tell you if there is still room (before you send in your child's application) because they don't know how many other applications are "in the mail" ahead of your child's application. Please get your application in the mail as soon as possible and contact the division commissioner later for a status update.

Winter and Spring Seasons MY2011
Spring Waitlist is over.  Those that did not make it from a team onto a waitlist will have their checks and paperwork shredded, for privacy purposes.  we thank you for your consideration.
