Welcome to Mrs. Bannon's Classroom Resource Page
This is my sixteenth year teaching at Neuqua Valley High School.  Each year I have taught at the freshmen campus,  This will be my third year serving as a math department assistant for the freshmen campus.
I received my bachelors degree in secondary education with a minor in coaching from Concordia University, River Forest.  In 2012 I completed my masters degree in leadership from Benedictine University.
I am happily married to a former high school math teacher named Kevin (he now works as a TOSA-teacher on special assignment, specializing in data for District 115 in Yorkville).  We have an eight year old son named Owen who is in third grade as well as a daughter named Kaitlyn who is five and is in Kindergarten.
I love being a part of the Neuqua Valley Math Department and I feel especially lucky to be apart of the BFC staff where I am very involved with the Climate Committee.  In my years at Neuqua I have taught Math 100, Math Foundations (formally Math 300), Algebra 1, Algebra 1 Block, Math Intervention, Geometry, and Regular and Honors Algebra II Trig and Stats.
I am very excited to welcome in the class of 2024.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
