Positive Relationships
- Family Development and Self-Sufficiency (FaDSS)
- The FaDSS program works with families to address barriers to success, including unemployment, substance abuse, education, physical health, and mental health. A family development specialist meets one-on-one with each family. Family Investment Program (FIP) recipients are eligible to apply for the program. Sometimes, families are referred to FaDSS through the Iowa Department of Human Services or the Promise Jobs program. Families should contact their local office for more information.
