If you purchased TurboTax Live online (not in-store) and didn’t receive your activation code or cannot find it, contact the retail company it was purchased from to request a copy of the activation code.Go to active.turbotax.com to sign in or create an account, and then enter your activation code.

If you have purchased TurboTax Live online and have not received your activation code, go to the given link active.turbotax.com. Go to active.turbotax.com to sign in or create an account, and then enter your activation code and continue then select your state.
First, open any web browser.
Next, visit activate.turbotax.com website
Then, click create account or sign up option.
When you’ve reached the Personal info summary screen, select Continue.
Now, select File in the left-hand menu.
Continue until you get to Review your order and select Start.
Select View payment options.
Then continue until you get to the registration screen.
Enter your info and select Register, then Continue.
Go to Tax Home in the left-hand menu.
Under Your tax returns & documents, go to Download/print return (PDF).
