The Howard County Association of Student Councils (HCASC) is an organization that unites Howard County Middle and High School Students, seeking to teach leadership, represent students, and impact the community. We meet on the second Wednesday of every month where we:

  • Help YOU become a better leader
  • Represent YOUR opinions at the county level
  • Connect with fellow student leaders from all over the county
  • Learn how to work with adult leaders
  • Find out about leadership opportunities in the community
  • Have a lot of fun!
