How to Scan and E-mail to Yourself with the Canon Printers

*Load paper into the top feeder, up to 50 sheets and wake the display if asleep by pressing the Energy Saver button

Step 1. Press the Scan and Send button

Step 2. Press Address Book [to send to someone else, press New Destination]

Step 3. Press To LDAP Server in the top right

Step 4. Select the name you'd like to send to.

Step 5. Press the green Start button to send!

Your scan will be e-mailed to you as a PDF file
