Call recording must be turned on for your phone. If you'd like call recording active, and aren't sure it already is, contact IT with a request.
When call recording is active on your phone, dial 81 [instead of the normal 91] and the full number to initiate your call.
NOTE: Calls must be made with a desk phone, call recording does not work with a smartphone app, or deskphone softphone.
There will be no prompt or indication, the call simply being connected when dialing 81 confirms that this call is now going to be recorded.
If you get disconnected for any reason, remember to dial 81 when reconnecting the call.
After the call, send an e-mail to IT with your extension and the day of the call, requesting the recording and it will be provided to you.
