Upgrade Using Push Notification

1. Starting Thursday November 1, 2018 you will begin receiving notifications prompting you to upgrade in the top right corner of your screen. To continue click Upgrade or to wait click Postpone. If you choose to upgrade, make sure your computer is plugged into power and you have about an hour available, like near the end of your work day or over the weekend.

2. After pressing Submit a new dialogue box will open 

3. After pressing Continue  and then Continue a second time,  the Self Service application will open

4. In the Self Service window, click Upgrade under the Upgrade to macOS High Sierra icon

5. The upgrade process will begin and your computer will restart, you may need to login halfway through to complete the process
