Popup Notification Upgrade Instructions
Starting Thursday November 25, 2018 you will begin receiving popup notifications prompting you to upgrade in the middle of your screen. To continue click Continue or to wait click Cancel. If you choose to upgrade, make sure your computer is plugged into power and you have about an hour available, like near the end of your work day or over the weekend.
*****Note: Choosing one of the delay options will still Continue the process, but delay it to give you time to save your work session*****
2) After either pressing Continue or after the delay time selected has passed, a new dialogue box will appear. This means the upgrade is starting in 60 seconds. When the countdown finishes or you press OK all programs will close and the process will begin.
3) Your computer will restart, you may need to login halfway through to complete the process. Please allow 30 minutes to an hour for it to finish.
