Nexonia app

1. Install the Nexonia app on your phone.

2. Create an expense report and add the following items:

   • Uber ride

   • Per diem

   • Mileage

When you are done, please do not actually submit the report for approval and create extra work for Finance!

StickyNotes

1. Go to any record in NetSuite that has StickyNotes - this can be a contact, an opportunity, a project, etc.

2. Create a StickyNote that only you can see.

3. Create a public StickyNote that anyone who opens the record can see.

4. Create a StickyNote and address it to another person (whoever is evaluating you).

5. Mark one of your StickyNotes "Done"

6. Delete all of your StickyNotes.

NetSuite - Reports

Promise Report

1. Open the Promise Report in NetSuite.

2. Drill down into an individual salesperson's sales to see a list of all the sales they were a part of for this year.

Billable Time Reported Mo/YTD

1. Open the Billable Time Reported Mo/YTD in NetSuite.

2. Expand an individual consultant's time to see the specific projects and events that they reported time for.

3. Set the filters to display time for individual months in separate columns.

NetSuite - Offers

1. Duplicate the following offer: https://system.na1.netsuite.com/app/accounting/transactions/estimate.nl?id=496946&whence=&cmid=1534167548485_7321

2. Include your name in the title of the duplicated offer.

3. Organize the offer activities into workstreams as follows, then save the offer:

   • Workstream 1: Design, briefing, interviews, interview report

   • Workstream 2: Prep, work sessions, travel

4. Make the offer inactive.

NetSuite - Global Search Bar

Using the Global Search Bar, search for the following:

1. Client records with "Danone" in the name

2. Contacts at AstraZeneca

3. Projects at Raytheon 

4. The Promise Report
