It is necessary to change the data access setting as the Google API changes.
Follow the steps below to change the setting.


Due Date: December 8, 2016

Procedure:
1. Log in to G Suite admin console.
 https://admin.google.com
2. Click [Apps] > [Marketplace apps] > [infoScoop for Google Apps].
3. Click [Data access]
4. Click [Grant data access]

  • Change of authorization method for data access
  • Group Calendar
    • Change the display order of calendars
    • Fixed the bug
  • Fixed some other bugs

*Important:
 With this maintenance, the authorization method will be changed.
 Unless executing following process by Nov 12, you will not be able to use our application.
  1. API access
    Access to your domain setting page from the link of "Manage this domain" on the header of Gmail.
    And enable API access from the following link. 
    [Security] > [API reference] > [API access]

  2. Re-installation of our application
    As the authentication method for our application is changed this time, you need to re-install infoScoop for Google Apps.
    Re-install the app according to 1-4 of the following procedure.
    https://sites.google.com/a/infoscoop4g.com/docs/setup

    If you already installed, go to step 3.


  3. Data access from our application
    With this update, you need to grant data access from our application.
    Access to your domain setting page from the link of "Manage this domain" on the header of Gmail.
    And click "Grant data access" from the following link. 
    [Marketplace apps] > [infoScoop for Google Apps] > [Data access]

Changing the display order of calendars:
The displays order of calendars for "Favorite"(exclude "My Calendar")  or "Group Layer" will be changed.

The order in current version:
  1. The calendar of the login user
  2. The calendar of other user in ascending order of Email address
  3. The calendar of calendar resources in ascending order of name
The order in future  version:
  1. The calendar of the login user
  2. The calendar of other user in ascending order of name
  3. The calendar of calendar resources in ascending order of name

  • Moving from Google Apps Marketplace to Chrome Web Store
  • Stop supporting multi domain feature
  • Improve search condition on Docs launcher gadget
  • Fixed some other bugs

Important:
 With the move to Chrome Web Store, the authentication and authorization method will be changed.
 This makes users to accept data accesses from our App. When a user logins to our application, Google requests the user to authorize data accesses from our application to Google Apps with the following dialog.
 Each user need to click “Accept” button.



 This dialog is displayed only at first login.
 So, please announce this to users before the maintenance at October 17.
