Antimicrobial resistance patterns of diarrheagenic and non- diarrheagenic Escherichia coli isolates from Libyan children

Diarrhea continues to be one of the most common cause of morbidity and mortality among infants and children in developing countries. This study was carried out among Libyan children hospital- ized in Benghazi children hospital, to be investigated for the incidence of diarrheagenic E.coli types and antimicrobial susceptibility profiles of all E.coli isolates in their stool samples.
