ON-LINE APPLICATION PROCESS -- FOR STUDENTS ONLY
(Hired Staff is contacted directly and goes through a different process)
***ATTENTION - PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE STARTING***
- Please allow approximately 20 minutes of time to fill out the application
- Cadets - Please have your parents available to help you fill out / review your application.
You must be a Cadet Airman (C/Amn - 1 Stripe) by the first day of encampment and
IT MUST BE ACCURATELY REFLECTED IN E-SERVICES in order to attend.
***Please do not start the application process until you have/know the below***

Home unit designation (example: GLR-IL-000)
Last 4 digits of YOUR Social Security Number
A valid email address and phone number for you AND your parents AND Squadron Commander
First & Last Names, Hometown, State AND Last 4 of SSN for ALL graduation guests.
(**NOTE - This is a Department of Defense / United States Navy requirement. Graduation admission will not be allowed without it… This year there will be NO exceptions)
Emergency Contact Information (Phone Numbers, Address)
Unit Commander Name, Phone Number AND E-Mail Address
Physician Name, Address and Phone Number
APPLICATION PROCESS-GENERAL INFORMATION
The application process is in two (2) parts.
The first section consists of the on-line application, graduation guest list and emergency contact information.
(Please have all of the aforementioned information ready before beginning)
The second section consists of printing and signing all of the required medical / health information, history and permission forms.
In addition to the Cadet and Parent signatures, signature of the Squadron Commander is also required.
If you are coming from out of State -- You MUST also obtain the signature of your Wing Commander.
Upon filling out these forms you MUST sign and mail along with a check for the participation fee.
(Information on how and where to mail will appear at the end of that section)
STARTING THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Indicate the type of application by selecting one of the following from the drop down
CADET - STUDENT = If you are applying as a student please select this
All fields are required -- If anything is skipped you will not be allowed to continue
Please make sure that all of the information is filled out correctly before clicking the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
If any changes are necessary after that point you will need to email the encampment registrar
in order to make corrections as duplicate applications are blocked by the system.

Lastly, if you intend to apply for the Cadet Encampment Assistance Program (CEAP) --
Please answer the last question on the application as "YES"
Doing so will let Encampment Staff know you are applying
and we will not expect a check with your registration.
NOTE -- There have been some issues in getting the form to work
properly where computers are using old versions of Internet Explorer.
