ABOUT ME:
Anirban Dey is currently working towards his PhD degree in Applied Physics (Electrical Engineering) from the Department of Applied Physics, University of Calcutta. Dey's research work involves pattern recognition, gene expression data analysis, and stochastic optimization. He received a UGC-UPE-II, Government of India. fellowship for his doctoral research at the University of Calcutta from 2018 to 2019 and was a Research Assistant at the Centre of Excellence in System Biology and Biomedical Engineering, University of Calcutta from 2019 to 21, where he was financially assisted by NPIU-Government of India.
I am a final-year PhD scholar specializing in machine learning and heuristic applications in ‘Omic data analysis from the Department of Applied Physics, University of Calcutta (aka. Rajabazar Science College), I am writing this to express my keen interest in potential postdoctoral opportunities across the globe.
My pre-submission defense is scheduled for the end of this month, followed by the submission of my thesis within the next 3 to 4 months.
