Please follow the steps below in order to manage the lifecycle of a new employee.

The onboarding process has moved to SharePoint. This link will remain during the initial launch in the event something goes wrong with the SharePoint tool.  Please only use the Google form if instructed to do so by Human Resources or the IT department.

Employee Termination Form

When an employee is scheduled to leave the company, whether by their decision, or IIa's, please fill out this form to notify the appropriate departments.  (We are still using the original Google doc for this)
