YouthBridge-NY is accepting applications for the 2012-2013 Fellowship Year!

Applications are due Friday, March 30, 2012

Only Accept 10th grader!

Each spring, YouthBridge-NY recruits high school 10th graders to participate in this two-year leadership training program, which begins the following Fall when they start 11th grade

Year 1 - "Fellows" (11th grade)
Fellows take part in monthly skill-building workshops and specialized action committees focusing on appreciating diversity through photography, grant-making, or diversity in the workplace.

Year 2 - "Bridgers" (12th grade)
Bridgers apply the skills they learned in their first year by working in groups with a parent organization in order to develop a unique project targeting a social issue they care about. In addition, Bridgers take a leadership role in the Orientation Retreat and the Leaders to Leaders Youth Summit, as well as plan a Mid-year Retreat for Fellows.
