Where to Get Help

If you have questions or technical problems, please follow the following steps.
  1. Use the links on the left-hand side of this page to find solutions to common problems.
  2. Your course in Blackboard should have a discussion forum called Q&A.  Post a description of your problem or question there, and your classmates or professor may be able to help you.
  3. Contact the DePaul Technology Contact Center (TCC) for problems with accessing your Blackboard course or course materials.  The TCC can be contacted in the following ways:
    • Phone the TCC at 312-362-8765. (Mon–Fri 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sat 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sun Noon to 6pm. The TCC is closed during all university holidays.)
    • Submit a case ticket through Campus Connect. Click here for instructions for accessing the ticketing system.
    • E-mail the TCC at tcc@depaul.edu.
  4. If none of the above steps have solved the problem, contact your professor directly.
