At this time we do not have any current openings. Please do not call or email to inquire of availability. When we have availability it will be posted on this website. Please check back in a few months for availability for Fall semester 2016. We do not have a waiting list.

Once in a while we get an unexpected opening, so please check this website often and current updates will be posted here. 

Leases require a $300 deposit and a 12 month or longer lease agreement. Selling of leases part-way through is not an option.
