Senior Dues Senior dues are many payments all rolled into one. These payments go towards graduation, prom, yearbook, and senior pictures. Senior dues change depending on the package each student wants and on their ability to pay. The base amount for all seniors is $100, which includes all graduation costs (caps, gowns, pictures, facility, etc.). Optional dues include if students would like to purchase a yearbook ($40) and a ticket to prom ($90, plus another $90 for a date). If students do not want all of the services included in the senior dues, then that amount is not calculated into their total. Note: the more students that participate in activities, the cheaper they become.
Fundraising There will be several fundraising opportunities for students to earn money towards their senior dues. If students participate in fundraisers, a detailed receipt will be sent home showing where those students have earned credits toward their senior dues. We can only organize fundraisers if students volunteer to help. In previous years the coordinators have been left with the bulk of the work which isn’t fair. If you would like to earn money towards your dues, you need to work for it. Many students have already earned some funds. Our next fundraising opportunity will be Dec 14th-23rd. There will be a holiday bake sale and candy grams.
Yearbook Seniors and Juniors are invited to be a part of the yearbook club! We will begin meeting after Winter Break. I encourage anyone interested in being a part of this next year to start attending meetings now. Yearbooks are currently $40 and can be purchased through Tree Ring. Each senior will get a link to it soon.
Prom The prom committee will begin around February. If you join the committee you will have say over all aspects of the prom. Food, theme, music, etc. Each ticket currently costs $90 and includes a full meal. Prom will take place on Friday, May 27th at Terrace on the Park.
