6TH GRADE MATH

The 6th graders are taking a deep dive into our LAST unit in 6th grade math - Unit 8: Data Sets and Distributions. Click HERE for the family resources page. It is a really helpful tool for you to see what our journey looks like! So far, we've had some fun collecting data and analyzing different types of data. Soon, we will be determining mean, median, and mode.

8TH GRADE ALGEBRA

The 8th grade algebra students are ready to begin reviewing all material since January in order to prepare for the end of semester final as provided by Dowling Catholic High School. We're on the home stretch for this 8th grade class - it always hits hard once the calendar hits May..."Wait, it's May! You graduate in May!" They've been a really special group to teach this year and I'm not quite ready to see it end. We'll be soaking up these last few weeks of working together.

Upcoming Important Dates to Note:

• May 6th-16th - Review for Final Exam

• May 17th - Semester 2 Final Exam (covering content from January-May)
