Submit a photo, drawing, short story or poem with a winter or holiday theme, and you could be the next winner of our Literary Arts Contest! Submissions are due no later than Monday, December 21st. Winners will be announced on Wednesday  December 23rd. All entries can be uploaded to the Google Classroom using the code ye79bpa. That code again is ye79bpa. The code is also printed on flyers throughout the school.  Entries can also be dropped off to Ms. Dunshee, in the Computer Lab, Room C207. The winner will get a prize and have their work printed in this year's issue of "Reflections". Ms Spadaccino’s Tuesday Cooking Club is cancelled for Tues 12/15.  You can attend the Wed or Fri group.  Tuesday’s group should go home on their regular bus.

Friday class with Ms. Carlucci will meet on its regular scheduled day, no changes.


STUDENT COUNCIL

On December 16th, Student Council will host Staff’s Ugly Sweater Day.  Wear your UGLIEST sweater, holiday or not…EVERYONE has one.  

Eighth grade will come around to photograph those of you who are proudly wearing your Ugly Sweater.  Then, Student Council will vote for the UGLIEST during our meeting that afternoon.  

The Ugliest Sweater will be announce on Thursday, December 17th and a prize will be delivered.

 

We hope you will join in on the fun!!

LITERARY ART CLUB
Attention All Students!  Our Winter Literary Arts Contest has begun!

Submit a photo, drawing, short story or poem with a winter or holiday theme, and you could be the next winner of our Literary Arts Contest! Submissions are due no later than Monday, December 21st. Winners will be announced on Wednesday  December 23rd. All entries can be uploaded to the Google Classroom using the code ye79bpa. That code again is ye79bpa. The code is also printed on flyers throughout the school.  Entries can also be dropped off to Ms. Dunshee, in the Computer Lab, Room C207. The winner will get a prize and have their work printed in this year's issue of "Reflections". Good luck!!

SMART LUNCH

To all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students:  Starting on Thursday December 10 and every Tuesday and Thursday Howell Middle School North will be offering a very popular program called SMART LUNCH.

SMART LUNCH allows any student to study or work on assignments during their lunch period.  A teacher must sign you up and give you a SMART LUNCH pass.

We will have mandatory rehearsal for ALL actors today.

STUDENT COUNCIL

On December 16th, Student Council will host Staff’s Ugly Sweater Day.  Wear your UGLIEST sweater, holiday or not…EVERYONE has one.  

Eighth grade will come around to photograph those of you who are proudly wearing your Ugly Sweater.  Then, Student Council will vote for the UGLIEST during our meeting that afternoon.  

The Ugliest Sweater will be announce on Thursday, December 17th and a prize will be delivered.
