Boys Basketball Open Gym Tonight from 7 - 830

The Yearbook Club meeting for today has been cancelled.

Despite relentless pressure at the goal and calculated passing, the girls varsity soccer team just couldn't put the ball in the frame yesterday in a tough loss to Marcus Whitman. Honeoye outshot the Wildcats 33-12 and caused their goalie to handle the ball 20 times to preserve the win. Lauren Jarosinski teamed up with Kali Pestle and found the net once in the second half, but it wasn't enough for the Bulldogs.

The JV Golf Team lost a close match yesterday, 4-1, against HAC. Scoring the lone Bulldog point was Jared Walden, winning 4 & 2. Jon Mulvilhill, Jordan Copp, and David Gosper all played great golf! Richard Odenbach, in his match debut, played his best golf yet. Well done, gents.

HEARTS FOR HARVEY

Students in National Honor Society and HS Student Council are coordinating a campaign to help raise funds to donate to the victims of Hurricane Harvey (and other natural disasters).  Our “Hearts for Harvey” event will take place next week, September 11th through the 13th, during lunch.  Elementary students will be participating as well.

We are asking students to bring in a $1 donation.  Each dollar will allow a student to decorate a paper heart to be displayed in a rainbow-shape for the whole school to see on the wall near the cafeteria.  We also have rainbow heart stickers to give them for their donations.

1-10 of 196
