This is the site that you can use to help your child with what we are doing in math class. Look at your child's math paper that they bring home each day to see what topic and lesson we are on. You have been given their log-in to gain access to this site.

Practice First-In Math at home!
Here is how you do it…
1. Go to the Homer-Center Elementary web site.
2. Find student weblinks on the left side of the screen and click on it.
3. Choose First In Math from the next screen.
4. Log In
Username-Is their lunch number
Password-first initial last initial103
5. Choose the purple K2 bubble.
6. Choose numbers
7. Choose the gym
The kids should know what to do at this point.
This is a great way to practice basic facts.
We usually have one story per week. We start the story on Monday, have a story quiz on Thursday, and a weekly assessment of our skills on Friday.
Our reading series has a great site that informs you of what is being tested for each story. It also has some really helpful study links. Just click on the link below and choose the story that we are currently on. Have fun!
