Annual Appeal

Holy Redeemer Catholic School

2014/2015 Annual Appeal

Each year, we conduct an Annual Appeal to raise money to pay for student scholarships and financial aid so that the school can continue to serve present and future generations of students and families in this community.  Now, we are challenged to raise $150,000 for the current fiscal year.

Please give what you can. Every gift makes a difference, no matter how large or small

Our goal is to reach 1,000 donors
who can give $10 per month (or more).

To many people, that is the price of two lattes, two beers or one movie ticket. To Holy Redeemer that is $120,000

to help educate our 292 students.

Your donation helps to keep our Catholic Schools open!

Students who attend Catholic schools are 42% more likely to graduate from high school and 2 ½ times more likely to graduate from college.

98% of low-income, minority children who attend Catholic schools graduate from high school in four years, compared to only 66% in public school.

Catholic schools have historically provided an exceptionally effective education at a fraction of the per-pupil cost to public schools - $5,870 per student in Catholic school / $10,889 per student in public school.

The Greater Portland Area Catholic Schools alone save the public school system and tax payers $122,750,000 each year. Catholic schools save $20 billion nationwide.
