Parent Teacher Conferences

We will be holding Parent Teacher Conferences on October 25th from 3-7 PM and October 26th from 7:30 AM - 12:00 (reminder No School on October 26th).

To sign up for these important meetings simply log into Option C on your Parent Login page. There will be a link to "Parent/Guardian Conferences" on the homepage of the parent/guardian accounts.

We hope that over the course of these 2 days all families will take advantage of this important meeting. The meeting will give you important feedback on your child’s school efforts, plus allow you to hear from their teacher more how your child is progressing at Holy Family.

If you are unable to attend, please reach out to your classroom teacher for alternative dates and times via email.

Praying Together A Life Habit…Rooted in Faith!

Thank you to our 8th grade and a supporting cast of students for their effort leading our Living Rosary event last Friday.

The event was attended by all students in grades 1-8 as well as many parents. Praying the Rosary is not the easiest prayer ritual young Catholics can experiences. However, through the ages—rooted in our Faith, the power of The Blessed Mother’s grace and Her presence in our spiritual lives is foundational to many Catholics. We hope you agree that helping our students learn and experience saying the Rosary is an important component of a great Catholic Education.

If the reverence of our students and their active participation are any indication of our “prayer community” at Holy Family, then our community is in a great place!

Thank you all for your support!

All for One: Lunchroom Workers United for Holy Family!

In all organizations there are some behind the scenes workers who, when they perform in an outstanding manner, make the entire operation more efficient! One group of dedicated workers at Holy Family are the Lunch Crew!

This is a group of ladies who each day make sure the lunch / recess process unfolds in a seamless way! This may appear to look easy or not be of academic consequence, but nothing is farther from the truth!

Because of our lunch crew, each day, our students enjoy a casual eating atmosphere void of fights or squabbles, they play in a manner safe and free of regular incidents and they make sure children return to the classroom from the lunch / recess time ready to start class work not needing time to resolve lunch time problems. This is under-notices, but highly valuable work,

Join me in thanking our lunch crew!

Clearances for Volunteers - An Important Reminder

In order to volunteer for school activities, both inside and outside of the classroom, State and Archdiocesan clearances must be completed, and copies turned into the School Business Office.

It is especially important that new volunteers look at the Protecting God’s Children class schedule through virtusonline for info on dates, times and locations.

A session will be held at St. Joseph’s (in the lower church) on Monday, 10/22 at 6pm.  See this link to reserve your spot now; they fill up fast!

All clearances must be submitted to the Business Office by 12/7/18 to be considered for any volunteer opportunities during the school year

More clearance information can be found on the Safe Environment Page of our website.

ASTON IS OUR COMMUNITY TOO!
