Dear parents and guardians,
Thank you for another wonderful year!  We are so proud of your children and hope you have a wonderful summer.  This will be the last Weekly Newsletter for the 2017-18 school year.  Make sure to check out the brand new Holy Family website for any summer updates!  Thank you to Mrs. Renish and Mrs. Liciardello for all of their hard work on the new site.

Please read the following information about some updates and changes for the fall.

This year we bid a fond farewell to the following staff members:
Mrs. Cathy Renish, Technology
Mr. Bruce Shaw, Maintenance
Mrs. Jackie Kelly, Art
Mrs. Amy Drager, 5th grade
Ms. Jennifer Dolores, Principal

Mrs. Kelly asked to share the following with the Holy Family community:

Dear Holy Family families:
How wonderful has been my world!  To have had the privilege of spending my working day among the joyful "boyandgirl-full" crazy, chaotic, and creative Art room.

It was a number of God winks that brought me to this special place, 11 years ago, and now, a number of God winks that have led me to conclude that,
like the Billy Joel song says:  "life is a series of hellos and goodbyes, I'm afraid it's time for goodbye again!"

As I get busy doing whatever I'll be doing next, I know that our Art room prayer was never truer:

The Lord of beauty, the Lord of art, who sends His spirit for every heart, will carve out my life, reshape and mold, and will be the artist of my soul.

Please keep me in your prayers, and know that I am always praying for you and praying, most especially, that your children stay close to the Lord, because, when they're close to Him, they're close to you - and there is no better place to be.
Thanks to all for a wonderful - wonder-filled time.
Always in my heART!

Love,
Mrs. Jackie Kelly

Congratulations to the class of 2018!

CARES — Looking Ahead to Next Year:

The CARES Program in coordination with Holy Family School’s business office is reviewing the payment process for CARES including options for methods of payment. Parents expecting to utilize CARES services next Fall are urged to check the school website later this summer to learn what changes will be implemented.

To be clear — rates for services are not changing as part of this overhaul. It has already been determined that CARES rates for the 2018-2019 year will remain at their current levels.

This past year, CARES initiated the use of SmartTuition’s “Pay Now” feature to submit CARES payments. Most families found this option convenient and it quickly became the predominant means of payment. Although quite popular, like any new venture which blends old methods with new ones, this added option is not without a few kinks and shortcomings.

Our goal in modifying the current mix of payment options is to take our experience this past year and to streamline and improve upon it. So, check in with the school’s website before classes resume in September to learn the details.
— Happy Summer from the CARES team!

As always, thank you for being a part of the Holy Family Community: where Academic Excellence is Rooted in Faith!
