Important Note to Returning Families:
CARES prepayment policy has been revised from prior years. Returning families should carefully review prepayment and prescheduling policy requirements and note modifications. Revised Late Payment Fee policy will be enforced and is outlined on "Rates" tab above.

Beginning Monday, September 10, 2018, Holy Family Regional Catholic School's AfterCare services are available for families whose schedules require students to remain after school when the regular school day ends at 2:30pm. AfterCare is open until 5:25pm. This service is fee-based and is separate from your child’s tuition. Space is not limited. This program ensures that any child that needs to remain after school will be in a safe, structured, adult-supervised environment. AfterCare is available to Holy Family students Pre-K through 8th grade. AfterCare's year-end closing dates are noted on the "Dates" tab link on this website.

There is no AfterCare on early dismissal or half school days including weather-related early closures.

Families are required to carefully review all of the information provided throughout this website. Rates and instructions for sign-up are located on their corresponding linked tabs at the top of this page. All necessary forms can be downloaded and printed from the "Sign-Up & Forms" tab. AfterCare requires prescheduling and prepayment (exceptions apply for late-notice Drop-Ins -- see "Sign-Up & Forms" tab for details). To pay online, click on "Pay Online" link under Quick Links located at the top left corner of this or any CARES web page.

The required 2018-19 CARES Pre-Enrollment Form must be completely filled out, signed and returned. In addition to providing emergency contact information, this form also serves as your contract to all terms and conditions of the use of CARES services as outlined in all of the CARES web pages.

AfterCare is operated by a team of the CARES director, Holy Family RCS teachers and CARES staff. Everyone working at CARES satisfies the criteria set forth by the Safe Environment Program as required by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Holy Family School, as well as the State of Pennsylvania relating to training and background checks.

The CARES Administrator and staff are happy to answer any questions you may have concerning Holy Family Regional Catholic School's C.A.R.E.S. Program. Questions concerning payments and credits are best directed to the CARES Administrator, Mike Culloty. We look forward to spending afternoons with your children!

Important Terms of Use: Completing and signing the 2017-18 CARES Pre-Enrollment Form and the subsequent use of Holy Family Regional Catholic School's (HFRCS) C.A.R.E.S. programs constitute a family's agreement to abide by all terms, conditions, policies and procedures as outlined on the school's website and aforementioned CARES Pre-Enrollment Form as well as the HFRCS handbook. Failure to adhere to terms of use may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the use of C.A.R.E.S programs. The C.A.R.E.S. program is an added service offered by HFRCS for its students. However, these services are not guaranteed to all students under every circumstance. Students may be denied CARES services due to safety or behavioral concerns. CARES services may also be denied for non-payment; a pattern of after closing, late pick-ups; or for other reasons noted under (but not limited to) the"Code of Conduct" tab above.

See the Rates & Sign-Up tabs for complete details on how to sign-up & use the AfterCare program.
