Tomizo Callejas ,11/9/2012:

On October 31, 2012, Cameron Keady reported on the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy. The hurricane attacked the Northeast coast of the USA and did a massive amount of damage with the force of powerful 90 mile an hour winds and huge waves. Sandy caused $60 billion of damages to buildings, amusement parks, vehicles, mass transportation systems, human life, etc. Much was destroyed and over 100 people died.  People are now without power, and many have no homes as they were destroyed by floods or fire.  Some people said "It was like a scary movie...but just real."  A week has passed since the storm hit New York, New Jersey and other states, and now they are being plagued by snowstorms and blizzards.
