Easy Course Management


Easy Course Management is collection of Google Spreadsheets, Docs, Apps Scripts, Libraries and Sites templates which can be used to simplify any course management. It covers following areas:
  • Management of student contacts
  • Management of courses
  • Management of course schedules
  • Management of student registrations to scheduled courses
  • Management of issued certificates when student graduate course is successfully 
  • Management of certificate templates
  • Management of email templates, e.g. for personal announcement in date of course
  • Management of payments
  • Self-care portal for students where they can create personal account and register by self to available courses


System is currently used in non-profit organization SEPPIA.cz for management of online learning courses for hospital nurses, sports training in local community, and for prepared online out-of school children learning.

    Last published version of templates and associated libraries is 1.1
    It fully support of Spreadsheet data storage.
    Support for synchronization between Spreadsheet and ScriptDb is experimental, related menus are hidden.
    FusionTables were not yet fully tested after migration to code to libraries.
