Autism Friendly Cinema Screenings

These cinema screenings differ slightly from your regular cinema visit; the lights are slightly higher, the sound slightly lower, there are no adverts before the film as it goes straight to feature and if your child decides to change seats or tell you exactly how much they are enjoying the film then this is fine too as you won’t be asked to be quiet or remain seated. A brilliant resource that we have been given for all families and ages to access

Odeon Bromborough will be showing The SpongeBob Movie on Sunday, 19th April at 11:30am.

Port Sunlight River Park Easter Trail

On Monday, 6th April Wirral Autistic Society are hosting an Easter Trail at the Port Sunlight River Park from 11am – 3:00pm – great fun for all the family! At 2:00pm there will even be an Easter Egg hunt suitable for children aged 2 – 6 years old and its only £1 per child to take part! The link below will take you to the event poster for further details and contact information if you want to know more.

Don't Forget to share your knowledge with us, if you find a Autism Friendly venue over the Easter Holidays that you think other parents would like to know about.

This could be a restaurant, soft play area, day out etc.

You can email me the details and I will put it on the blog. karen.williams@hinderton.cheshire.sch.uk
