Blades of Justice (containing my novella, A Cut May Heal) has received an honorable mention in the 2017 Rainbow Awards!

Blades of Justice is published by Blind Eye Books and is also available from Amazon.com.

A Cut May Heal is a historical supernatural mystery, one of a trio of thematically connected novellas by myself, Jess Faraday and Rachel GreenAll justice requires is a sharp blade. Who says the tool can’t be domestic?

Tales of the Civil War (containing my short story, To Die by the Sword) has been published by Obverse Books. Edited by Philip Purser-Hallard.


My flash fiction story Crazy Jen (winner of second prize in the Spider Road Press flash fiction competition in 2015) is now available in the anthology Approaching Footsteps edited by Patricia Flaherty Pagan. Copies available here.

Undeath and the Detective (containing my short story, Constance and Conspiracy), edited by the amazing Jess Faraday, was a finalist for the Killer Nashville Silver Falchion award for best multi-author anthology in 1914.

Constance and Conspiracy is a supernatural mystery, a Jane Austen pastiche, and also an exploration of the legacy of a woman who refuses to conform to the expectations of the society in which she lives. Undeath and the Detective is available from Elm Books as both e-book and paperback.
