The SHSM Summer Internship Program creates an opportunity for Halton District School Board students in an Ontario Youth Apprenticeship/ Specialist High Skills Major to complete the Co-operative Education Credits of their Regional Program over the summer, through July & early August. 
Students who are recommended for Student Success Co-op, by their Halton Secondary School, should have their online registration Google Form completed with a Credit Counselling Summary.

REGISTRATION NOTE: Students enrolled in the HDSB Summer Co-op Program are registered as attending classes daily, this is the only Summer School Programming students may enrol in.

Registration forms are DUE (on the dates above) to students' home school Student Services office, who will forward them along with a Credit Counselling Summary to the Summer Co-op Coordinator and to Gary Allan Summer School.


April - Early June


Students can liaise with Summer Co-op Coordinators who can help guide placement set-up with students who need assistance.


Placements MUST be established No Later Than June 14th2019


As of June 21st, 2019 ALL SUMMER CO-OP REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
