Al has been the president of HDI since he started the company in 1974 and has supervised the construction of over 120 construction projects, most of which are hotels. He is in tune with hotel market conditions and is continually attending and participating in conventions and forums in the hotel industry. Al works with all departments to coordinate the construction of every project and is the main point of contact for all investors.

Caleb assists in working with owners to turn hotel concepts into a reality. He assists in working with lenders, city officials, architects, as well as creating budgets and proformas for new hotel projects. As a graduate of Northern Illinois University's College of Law, he strives to stay current on legal issues facing the Construction and Hospitality Industries.
