You have three (3) options of applying for meal benefits for your student(s). Either apply online, request for a paper meal application, or 
print a paper application from your home and submit it to your student(s) school.

Completing the application online is the fastest and most convenient method. As long as you provide a valid email when you complete the application you will receive a response to your student(s) meal benefit determination ASAP!

OPTION 2
To request for a paper meal application 
(will be mailed via USPS):

call (201) 662-6573 and leave a detailed message with the following information: your child's full name, grade level, and the school they are attending.

When you receive the paper meal application in the mail please follow the directions and submit it to your student's school.
