The 3rd and 4th grade students recently participated in the voting for the Cook Prize, for "the best science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) picture book published for children aged eight to ten. The school favorite was Whoosh!  Lonnie Johnson's Super-Soaking stream of inventions, by Chris Barton, illustrated by Don Tate.

Our library is supported by a wonderful group
of parent volunteers!
Check with your room parent or click here for the online signup!

We love our volunteers

As the children leave the library, I remind them to say
 "Thank you, library helpers!"
I, too want to say "Thank you" to all of the incredible parent volunteers who help make the library such a special place!  Special thanks go to Jeralyn S., Deanna V., and Nancy K.  for their leadership and countless hours of work in the library!

Many thanks to the 2016-17 chairperson Deanna V.!
