About Our AIG Program

At North Henderson, we are excited to offer a variety of courses geared towards our gifted students.  At every grade level, honors courses are offered, and for students in 10th-12th grade, numerous Advanced Placement (AP) courses are offered.  AP classes offer students the classwork to prepare them for the AP exam, a national test, usually given in May which can give students college credit depending on their scores. We also recognize that students who are preparing for college by taking such rigorous course loads often have unique stresses and their needs can differ from other high school students.  We strive to help our students by giving them the support they need emotionally, academically, and socially.
