Mrs. Brenda McNary

Mrs. Brenda McNary has been a member of the Hayden community since August 1985.  Her classes during the 2025-26 school year include Personal Finance,  Life Skills, Cooking/Sewing, and Business Math.  She is the Future Business Leaders of America adviser and is an assistant Student Council sponsor.  Mrs. McNary earned an Associate in Arts degree from Highland Community College then continued at Emporia State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education.  She has taken additional coursework from the University of Kansas, Kansas State University, Benedictine College, Friends University, Baker University, and University of St. Mary.

Mrs. McNary is married to Michael McNary.  They have two adult children who are both graduates of Hayden:  Matthew in 2011 and Jennifer in 2013.  Matthew (wife Teresa) and Jennifer, along with Jennifer's husband Joel, are graduates of Creighton University (Omaha, NE) with accounting degrees and all three are CPAs.   Mrs. McNary has one granddaughter.
