Last year at PVMS we had our 1st ever Fitness Challenge. It was a fantastic way to keep everyone active over the winter break. Over 200 people signed up, staff, parents, and students. ONLY 32 people were able to complete the Challenge!

PVMS Winter Break Fitness Challenge

In an attempt to keep students, staff, and parents active over the winter break, the PVMS PE Department would like to introduce our 1st Annual Winter Break Fitness Challenge.

The Goal is to complete 1,000 Squats, 1,000 Push Ups, and 1,000 Burpies.

These exercises are to be completed as a home based Fitness Program.

Dates: Dec. 15th 2018 - January 30th 2019

Timeline – there are 46 days from the 1st day of winter break, Dec 15th 2018 to Wednesday Jan 30th 2019. If participants complete 22 repetitions of each exercise per day, they will total over 1,000.

The Fitness Challenge will end on Jan 30th at Family Fitness and Nutrition Night 5pm in the PVMS gym. On that night all participants will finish their last repetitions of Squats, Push Ups, and Burpies reaching or passing the goal of 1,000 for each exercise.

Participants will be required to log in their exercises via an online form https://goo.gl/forms/gDY5DhHSIzchYfiO2 or on a paper form provided to them.
